Did Joe Buck jinx Justin Tucker’s record field goal streak?
Did that really just happen?
Tuesday night, during the second quarter of the primetime matchup between the Baltimore Ravens (6-5) and Dallas Cowboys (3-8), Ravens kicker Justin Tucker took the field to attempt a 36-yard field goal. Tucker, 31, is one of the most accurate field goal kickers in NFL history, however he missed the attempt and fans are blaming it on Fox Sports announcer Joe Buck.

Tucker’s miss ended his NFL record of 70 straight made field goals inside of 40 yards. Incredible. The Ravens have never won a game where Justin Tucker missed a field goal from inside 40 yards (0-2).
Buck’s “jinx” is one of the weirder occurrences in an already wacky 2020. Some loved it, others not so much.
Luckily, the Ravens bounced back and headed into the locker room at halftime up on the Cowboys, 17-10.
