Devils’ P.K. Subban retires after 13 NHL seasons

After 13 NHL seasons, defenseman P.K. Subban is retiring.
Subban played in 834 career NHL games from 2009 to 2022 with the Montreal Canadiens, Nashville Predators and New Jersey Devils. He recorded 467 points, won the Norris Trophy in 2013, helped lead Nashville to the Stanley Cup Finals in 2017 and won the King Clancy Memorial Trophy –– which is awarded to the player that “best exemplifies leadership qualities on and off the ice and has made a noteworthy humanitarian contribution in his community.”
