Emma Watson fans have reacted to the rumours that the Harry Potter star is retiring from acting.
The actor is best known for playing Hermione Granger in the children’s fantasy adaptations, and has also starred in films including Beauty and the Beast (2017) and Little Women (2019).
Watson’s agent told The Daily Mail that the 30-year-old star has gone “dormant”, with the publication interpreting the remark as an announcement that she has “given up acting”.
Fans of Watson shared their support for the actor on social media.
“Emma Watson has given us some of the most iconic roles,” wrote one Twitter user. “I’m wishing her all the best for the future. she deserves this.”
