And Craig Phillips has revealed the special meaning behind their son Lennon’s name, after he was born on December 2.
The first-ever Big Brother winner, 49, said that they gave him the name because he is a ‘massive fan of John Lennon’, OK! magazine reported.

Laura, 33, said that the pair wanted a reminder of Liverpool, where they and the music legend are from, as they no longer live there.

Craig told the publication: ‘Yes, I don’t think I’ve ever said it but I am a massive fan of John Lennon.’

He added: ‘My favourite song of all time is Imagine. We picked the name months before he was born.
‘I think we’d even picked the name before Laura was pregnant the first time. We said if we ever had a boy we would call him Lennon.’

Lennon’s middle name is Thomas, as a tribute to Laura’s late father who shared the middle name.
The couple, who got married in 2018, welcomed their first child, Nelly, in 2019 and gave her the middle name Janet, after the name of Laura’s mother.
Craig continued that their experience of childbirth was positive, and said that the nurses had ‘never seen anything like it’, putting Laura down as in full-term labour for seven minutes.
He revealed his wife had given birth to their second child on Instagram, holding a carrier and tagging his location as the hospital as he said: ‘Guess what?’

He announced the pregnancy on Lorraine back in June and detailed the struggles of having a baby in lockdown.
Craig said: ‘The NHS as we know have been fantastic and a lot of her conversations have been over the phone to the midwives.’
As with many couples in the pandemic, it was not been wholly straightforward as partners were not permitted to go into scans.

He said: ‘She did go in for her first scan after 12 weeks which of course I wasn’t allowed to attend due to regulations. So that was a bit daunting and nervous for her.’
