We talked briefly about that gentleman yesterday but what we are seeing, and it is a terrible situation, is that families for a variety of reasons, particularly in the south-west, are not coming forward when one of their number is ill.

Why is it happening? There is a variety of reasons. One [theory] – it was put to me yesterday by people on the ground there – was that people are worried about their income. And if there is one person in the household who is the main income earner, they don’t want to come forward, they don’t want to tell anybody that they have actually got the virus in the household, and that is very problematic.
