Convicted fraudster who claims he had cocaine-fueled gay sex with Barack Obama in 1999 claims the future president returned for MORE the next day

Larry Sinclair #LarrySinclair

A convicted con man has told Tucker Carlson that he smoked crack with Barack Obama and then had sex with him, claiming that Obama said he was having issues in his marriage.

Larry Sinclair’s allegations, which were first made in 2008, have never been substantiated. He made the allegations at a press conference during the presidential election, and after addressing the press he was arrested on an outstanding larceny warrant.

But on Wednesday night Carlson used his X show to promote the claims that he performed oral sex on Obama on two different days, both time after the then-state politician smoked crack.

‘Larry Sinclair says he had a night of crack cocaine-fueled sex with Barack Obama, and that Obama came back for more the next day,’ Carlson wrote on X.

‘Assess for yourself. Here’s our interview.’

Carlson in the clip is seen describing Sinclair’s claims about Obama as ‘credible information that he’s smoking crack and having sex with dudes’.

Sinclair said he performed oral sex on Obama.

‘It definitely wasn’t Barack’s first time. That much I’m absolutely certain of. And I would almost be willing to bet you it wasn’t his last.’

Sinclair, who grew up in South Carolina and now lives in Mexico, said that he was living in Colorado at the time and went to Chicago.

‘I was in town for a few nights, and I was definitely looking to party,’ he said.

‘There was no doubt what I was looking for.’

He said a driver picked him up, and introduced him to Obama.

‘The driver definitely knew him, as he said he was a friend.

‘I only found out later, dealing with a reporter from Bloomberg News, that the limousine company had been doing business with Tony Rescoe.’

Sinclair said that he and Obama went to an ‘upscale, quiet’ bar ‘where the glasses had three Xs on them’, where Obama told him he was having trouble in his marriage.

Sinclair said he had no idea Obama was a politician.

The fraudster said he told Obama he was tired and ‘wanted something to wake up,’ and Obama immediately knew he meant cocaine, and told him he could get it.

‘I had no idea that he was a representative in the Illinois House. I just knew that he was supposedly married, and at that time going through some issues in the marriage.’

Former US President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama are seen at the US Open last week. They have been married since 1992 and share two daughters

He said they returned to the limo, and were driven to a place where they could buy cocaine. Sinclair said he gave Obama $250 to buy cocaine: Obama went out, returned to the limo, and then they took the drugs.

Sinclair claims that Obama smoked the drug, while he snorted it.

‘Then you hit on him,’ Carlson said. ‘Did he seem shocked by that?’

Sinclair replied: ‘Not at all.’

He continued: ‘I’ve done a lot of crazy things in my lifetime. I’m a pretty good judge of character. I didn’t feel like I was going in the wrong direction.

‘I wasn’t sure I could trust the individual. But I was somewhat buzzed, so caution went to the wind.’

Sinclair said he returned to his hotel – a Comfort Inn, in the Chicago suburb of Gurnee.

‘I got dropped off, and they left. The next day was somewhat interesting because he showed up at my hotel room.

‘I got no warning – I was in my room, I get a knock on the door, he’s standing there with more coke.

‘Exact same program.’

He said again Obama smoked crack, and then Sinclair performed oral sex on him.

‘You get off, you finish smoking, you leave,’ he said.

A spokesperson for Obama’s personal office did not respond to a request for comment from DailyMail.com on Tuesday evening.

Sinclair has a lengthy criminal history, including convictions on forgery, fraud and larceny charges, and has served prison time in Arizona, Florida and Colorado.

‘The only reason I came out about it is – I had reached out to the campaign even in 2007,’ said Sinclair.

‘Only because I saw all these kids getting excited about it.’

Sinclair said he thought Obama was ‘interesting, definitely a con.’

He added: ‘I had definitely been around. You know when people are doing things because they actually really enjoy it, looking for a connection.

‘Or they are looking for an in, a hook. I thought he was looking at it as in, is there something I can get out of it, other than the sexual part.’

He said he was left with ‘a bad taste in his mouth’.

‘I had no idea who he was until I was sitting in my house in Mexico in 2004 and he walked onto the stage, at the convention.

‘I hit the floor. I was laughing so hard.’

Sinclair said he was in no doubt it was him.

‘I don’t forget people. He used his real name – he called himself Barack.

‘I didn’t know that much about him. You hook up. Today it’s Grindr, back then it’s a limo driver or bar tender. You ask, and somebody knows something or doesn’t.’

Sinclair said he ‘freaked out’, and told friends who were at his house that night.

‘You’re not going to believe this,’ he said he told them. ‘I blew this guy twice!’

He said it was ‘unreal’.

Sinclair added: ‘It was a strange feeling sitting there seeing him walk across the stage, and realizing who he was.’

He said he got in touch with the campaign in 2007, when Obama said he was open about his drug use as a young man.

‘I simply pointed out: look, why don’t you come out and say I did coke, and I’ve done it as recently as 1999. Put it out there, and let it stay as the truth.’

He said he reached out to David Axelrod’s office in Chicago, and sent three letters. Initially he did not mention the sex.

Sinclair said he begun receiving phone calls in late 2007 from someone he believes was Donald Young, a choir director at Obama’s church in Chicago, who told him the campaign would not acknowledge the sex and drugs. Sinclair said that, at that point, he had not mentioned the sex to them.

Young was murdered shortly before Christmas in 2007, aged 47.

Sinclair claimed that Young told him he and Obama had been ‘intimate for years’.

Carlson speculated that the murder was ‘a cleanup act.’

Sinclair said: ‘After a couple of calls it all fell into place.’

Sinclair said that Young’s mother confirmed her son and Obama ‘had been intimate friends for years’ – and that his death was due to protecting Obama.

‘I’m not accusing Obama of anything,’ said Sinclair.

‘But I believe Obama and Jeremiah Wright know who killed him.’

‘What was Obama like on crack?’ asked Carlson.

‘I knew a lot of people who smoked it, as I was in Miami in the late 80s when it became popular.

‘Similar to a friend of mine in Miami: extremely high, calm, euphoric. Then when it starts to come down twitching and looking. Anything that looks white you think is another piece you can smoke.

‘Euphoric, talkative but not really saying anything.’

Carlson added: ‘So, just like his presidency.’

Sinclair said he was sure it was not the first time Obama had smoked crack, because he ‘got into a limo with a pipe in his pocket.’

In 2008, when Sinclair first aired his claims, Politico reported on the saga, noting that the ‘story has generally been ignored by the mainstream media, because he’s been unable to substantiate his allegations.’

In June 2008, Sinclair rented a room at the National Press Club in Washington DC, and spoke for an hour about his claims. He is seen above at the press conference

In June 2008, Sinclair rented a room at the National Press Club in Washington DC, and spoke for an hour, going into great detail about the two sexual liaisons.

The press conference ended in Sinclair’s arrest on an open warrant from Delaware, after liberal bloggers who supported Obama apparently tipped off DC police to his scheduled appearance.

For more than a decade, Sinclair’s claims were taken seriously only by the furthest fringe of conspiracy theorists, and had largely receded from public discourse.

He detailed in 2008 allegations of marital problems between Barack and Michelle Obama – and repeated the allegations in his interview with Carlson.

‘My feeling is that Barack Obama is definitely bi. There is a lot of transactional qualities to him. I think whatever he does is looking for a hook, looking for a benefit,’ said Sinclair.

Sinclair urged Obama to turn over his phone records from 1999.

He said he did not anticipate the reaction, but it probably ‘would not have stopped me.’

He added: ‘My opinion was: if you are going to tell the story, tell the whole story and let the chips fall where they may.’

Sinclair said YouTube gave access to his account to someone, and when it was returned to him the video was deleted.

Carlson asked Sinclair why he was telling the story, saying he had not got rich from it.

‘I think I have an answer for why a lot of reporters would not want to follow up,’ said Sinclair.

He said David Axelrod told a Chicago Tribune reporter ‘that they were aware of who I was, and it was their intention to destroy me, and if they mentioned my name they would be cut off from the campaign.’

Sinclair added: ‘No one wanted to be blackballed by a historic campaign. It would be a story if the media really cared about telling the truth about anything.’

Sinclair attacked Politico, for saying he had a 27-year criminal record.

‘My criminal record goes from 1980 to 1986. Any sentence I’ve been given, I’ve served,’ said Sinclair.

He denied being a fugitive, or trying to escape justice.

‘I’ve never hidden my past in regular, everyday life – why would I hide it with this?’

Sinclair said: ‘I think he’s the same grifter he always was. I think he’s power hungry. I think he’s calling the shots in the Biden administration.

‘Race relations in this country has not only been pushed back. But everything is about race now. About victimization.

‘I would be willing to bet you I’m not the only white male he had sex with. He got what he wanted – he’s in DC, living the life, still looked upon as the savior of the country.

‘Sadly people are still giving him that power.’

He said: ‘I grew up as a gay kid in an area where being gay could get you killed, just as much as being black.

‘I’ve watched it all my life. I know when people play. I knew because he was saying one thing on the campaign – remember when he told supporters to turn up for a fight with a knife, get in their face, argue with them, convince them.

‘You don’t say things like that, and then say you won’t make it about race.’

Carlson concluded that that was ‘the one part of your story that we can say, unequivocally, you are telling the truth about.’

Larry Sinclair, who claims he performed a sexual act on Barack Obama, poses with women at Trump National Doral Miami in a photo he posted October 12, 2019 from Miami, Florida.

Carlson, 54, speaking on the popular Adam Carolla Show last week, said: ‘In 2008, it became really clear that Barack Obama had been having sex with men and smoking crack.’

‘A guy came forward, Larry Sinclair, and said ‘I’ll sign an affidavit’ and he did, ‘I’ll do a lie detector’ and he did,’ he added, calling Sinclair’s claims ‘obviously true.’

In fact, Sinclair notoriously failed the lie detector test in 2008, and then publicly accused Obama adviser David Axelrod of bribing the examiners to rig the results, according to Courthouse News Service.

Sinclair’s history of sworn statements is also dubious. In 2004, he signed an affidavit claiming to be ‘terminally ill’ as he sought to have a warrant dismissed, although nearly two decades later he appears to still be alive.

Carlson was fired by Fox News in April, and has since been producing his own show on X, the website formerly known as Twitter.

The pundit has claimed he was fired as a condition of Fox News’ $787 million settlement with Dominion Voting Systems to end a lawsuit concerning the spread of lies about the 2020 presidential election.

Other media reports have claimed Carlson was fired over incendiary communications uncovered during the lawsuit.

Private messages sent by Carlson with ‘highly offensive and crude remarks’ were a ‘catalyst’ in Fox’s decision to cut him loose, according to the New York Times.

One redacted message included a slur against a senior Fox executive, the Wall Street Journal and the Washington Post both reported. Each of the reports relied on sources that were not named.
