Good Tuesday morning! We are starting off the morning with clouds moving back into Ohio and rain in Northern Indiana will be soon to follow.
TUESDAY: Mostly cloudy, breezy, sctd. showers/storms, high 68.
TONIGHT: Scattered rain & a few rumbles, low 56.
WEDNESDAY: A few early showers then decreasing clouds, high 75.
THURSDAY: Partly cloudy, PM sctd. showers/storms, high 80.
FRIDAY: Partly cloudy, high 78.
SATURDAY: Partly cloudy, high 81.
SUNDAY: Partly cloudy, slight chance for PM rain, high 82.
A few scattered showers are possible later this morning then steadier rain this afternoon & evening. A few rumbles of thunder possible today, but no severe wind or hail is likely. The steady rain will also keep our temperatures cool today, with highs in the upper 60s. Winds will pick up, out of the southwest 10-20 mph and a few gusts closer to 30 mph this afternoon. Rain will continue this evening and overnight as it slowly drifts to the south/east. Overnight lows dip into the mid 50s. Rain will leave early tomorrow and the clouds will stick around through midday before breaking up some in the afternoon Wednesday with a high around 75 and light winds out of the northwest.
Thursday we will have another wave of moisture in the afternoon and evening, but it will be warmer, high around 80. The rain Thursday will be more in pockets and not as widespread. A few more rumbles of thunder possible on Thursday with the warmer temps. An average of 1” of rain is looking likely for Central Ohio between today’s rain and Thursday’s rain combined.
Friday will be partly cloudy with a high around 78. Saturday is looking dry too with a high around 81. The chance of rain is looking less likely now for Sunday PM into Monday. Initially rain was looking more likely, but the path of that rain looks to stay mainly in Indiana and Kentucky, but it will be close enough that I am going to keep Sunday and Monday at a 30% chance of rain each day for now. Highs in the lower 80s still. Have a good one!
