College GameDay: See Lee Corso’s headgear pick for No. 17 Duke vs. No. 11 Notre Dame

Duke #Duke

Whenever Lee Corso disappears from the ESPN College GameDay set during the final game picks segment, you can be sure there’s something ridiculous just moments away from happening.

That was the case on Saturday in Durham, North Carolina as GameDay made its first ever trip to Duke for a football game with a ranked matchup between the Blue Devils and Notre Dame Fighting Irish (-5.5).

Corso, who remains perfect with his headgear picks on the season after Notre Dame botched the final two plays from scrimmage last week, left the GameDay set midway through the final segment on Saturday morning, leaving Kirk Herbstreit to read off his picks.

At least that was the case until it was time to pick between Duke and Notre Dame. That’s when Corso made his grand return to the stage to announce his decision.

The coach is riding with the Fighting Irish to bounce back.

Tune into ABC at 7:30 p.m. ET to see if Corso can keep his perfect streak alive.
