College GameDay, meet Coach Prime.
ESPN’s flagship college football preview show will do just that Saturday when it broadcasts from the Jackson State campus, ahead of the Tigers’ Southwestern Athletic Conference showdown against Southern at Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium.
It’s the first time GameDay has been to JSU and only the second time it has broadcast from an HBCU campus.
Who will be ‘College GameDay’ celebrity guest picker in Jackson?
ESPN had yet to unveil the identity of the celebrity guest picker for Saturday’s game between Jackson State and Southern.
The guest picker traditionally participates in making game-by-game predictions at the end of the three-hour show, or about 11 a.m. CT each week.
