Chicago Bulls Star Zach LaVine Lists $2.25M Washington Home

Zach LaVine is the shooting guard for the Chicago Bulls, but it’s easy to see why the 28-year-old kept an off-season residence in Issaquah, WA. After all, he grew up and attended high school in the area.
But the All-Star has now changed course and listed his luxury, cottage-style home in the Seattle suburbs for $2,250,000.
LaVine purchased the four-bedroom, four-bathroom, 4,100-square-foot home on a leafy, 1.4-acre lot for $1,690,000 in 2019.

Built in 2014, the home is fenced and surrounded by lush landscaping and rolling lawns—the type the Emerald State is famous for.

And although it’s nearly a decade old, it looks as good as new—and possibly better.
“The quality of the craftsmanship and detail is incredible. There are so many extras that are rarely included in new-construction homes nowadays, such as custom built-in bookshelves, a pass-through bar with wine fridge, and dining buffet,” says listing agent Jen Cameron, of The Agency Seattle. “It’s truly a peaceful paradise.”

The home features luxury finishes throughout, including recently resurfaced hardwood flooring, slab quartz countertops, vaulted ceilings, and French doors. There are also three contemporary fireplaces: one in the living room, one in the family room, and another in the primary suite.

That luxe primary bedroom is also brimming with additional features. In addition to the cozy fireplace, it includes crystal-clear views through multiple windows, a walk-in closet, as well as a Zen-inspired bath with a double shower and vanity, plus a makeup area.
