Chelsea: Monday Night Club talk about Blues’ transfer spending

The New York Times’ chief soccer correspondent Rory Smith has been discussing the “Chelsea project” on BBC Radio 5 Live’s Monday Night Club.
Speaking during half-time of Tottenham v Chelsea (hence the background noise on the video clip), Smith said he doesn’t believe Chelsea will be stopping their spending any time soon.
The Blues took their spending under owner Todd Boehly to over £1bn during a busy summer transfer window, bringing in the likes of £115m Moises Caicedo and £40m Cole Palmer.
