The Bidens took an aerial tour of the island to witness firsthand the destruction that overtook the historic town of Lahaina. Flames engulfed Lahaina almost two weeks ago, killing more than 100 people, including Luz Vargas’ son. The 14-year-old was home alone when the fire started.
