Arsenal will face Harry Kane’s Bayern Munich in the quarter-finals of the Champions League, while Manchester City will take on Real Madrid.
Mikel Arteta’s side will set up either an all-English semi-final against Pep Guardiola’s side or a clash against Jude Bellingham’s Real if they get past Bayern, for whom Kane is thriving in his first season since leaving Arsenal’s north London rivals, Tottenham Hotspur.
Arsenal will be at home against Bayern in the first leg.
The holders, City, who beat Copenhagen 6-2 on aggregate in the round of 16, will face Real for the third successive season in this competition. The first leg is at the Bernabeu, with City welcoming the Spanish league leaders to the Etihad on 16-17 April.
