Carey Mulligan – who has been Oscar and Bafta nominated for her role in the film Maestro – is an award-winning actor known for her varied theatre work and notable roles in films such as She Said, Suffragette, Promising Young Woman and An Education, the latter for which she won the Bafta for Best Actress in a Leading Role.
She talked to film writer Ellen E Jones about the making of this new film, her extraordinary performance and her career so far.
