Perry will be promoted from the taxi squad for Sunday’s game versus the Senators, Eric Engels of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Perry is slated to play on the fourth line. The 35-year-old has notched three points and 11 hits through nine games this year. He often plays on the power play as well, although it’s unclear if he’ll get such an opportunity Sunday.
