A video broadcast on NBC News of Scott posing for a photo with a woman — and then holding her hand briefly as she walks away — has set the political world a bit abuzz. That’s because Scott, who is unmarried, has said before that he has a girlfriend but no details about her had come out, and the relationship had been the cause of much speculation, including an entire Washington Post article.
