The Bulls have a couple of players on the injury report for Monday’s matchup against the 76ers.

The Chicago Bulls and the Philadelphia 76ers are set to battle it out for the third time this season on Monday night. As the matchup approaches, the Sixers are preparing for the possibility that the Bulls will be shorthanded, as Chicago has a crowded injury report.

Outside of the three players that are on assignment in the G League, the Bulls have four players on the report, with two guaranteed to miss the matchup.

The two that are expected to miss the matchup are the young forward Justin Lewis and the standout guard Lonzo Ball. As both are dealing with season-ending injuries, they will remain out against the Sixers on Monday night.

As for the questionable candidates, Javonte Green and Alex Caruso were both in danger of missing Monday’s battle against the Sixers.

Green, who has played in 28 games this year, hasn’t played since Chicago’s New Year’s Eve matchup against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

As Green underwent surgery on his right knee, he has missed the Bulls’ last 33 games. He could return in Philly on Monday, but his status remains unclear as of now.

Lastly, the Bulls will be without one of their key contributors Alex Caruso. As Caruso deals with left midfoot soreness, he was in danger of missing his second game this month.

Caruso appeared on the court for the Bulls’ last two games. He played for just ten minutes in their March 18 matchup against the Miami Heat.

The Sixers are set to tip-off against the Bulls at 7:00 PM. Green remains a game-time decision for the time being. Caruso, on the other hand, will get the night off.
