The seeding games inside the NBA’s Disney World bubble continued on Saturday night with a matchup between two of the league’s best young players. After a high-scoring first three quarters, Luka Doncic and the Dallas Mavericks have a 93-91 lead over Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks.
Continuing the trend that’s been going on in Orlando, Luka Doncic and Kristaps Porzingis have been tremendous to lead the Mavericks. The young duo combined for 44 points, 17 rebounds and 16 assists. The Mavericks will have to play some defense, however, if they want to turn that production into a win.
Giannis is the main man for the Bucks, and he’s been doing his thing to the tune of 22 points and six assists. But in a rare turn of events, it’s been someone else powering Milwaukee’s offensive attack. Brook Lopez hit four 3-pointers and dropped a season-high 27 points, to lead all scorers.
