Bucks’ Giannis Antetokounmpo: Goes for 33 points in win
Bucks #Bucks
Antetokounmpo accumulated 33 points (12-21 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 8-11 FT), seven rebounds, two assists and one block in 32 minutes during Monday’s 122-114 win over Miami.
Antetokounmpo is in midseason form already and is doing more than just operating as a scoring threat. While he’s still adjusting to co-existing with another dominant offensive threat in Damian Lillard, Antetokounmpo has gradually upped his scoring in his first three games of the campaign. He’s recorded his points efficiently from the field, but Antetokounmpo’s typical struggles from the free-throw line have persisted. He’s converted at just a 63.3 percent clip from the charity stripe, though he’s gone a respectable 16-for-21 over his last two games after missing six attempts in the Bucks’ season-opening win over the 76ers.
