The Milwaukee Bucks confirm they are parting ways with head coach Mike Budenholzer. The team released a statement saying: “The decision to make this change was very difficult,” said Bucks general manager Jon Horst. “Bud helped lead our team for five incredible seasons, to the Bucks’ first title in 50 years, and into an era of sustained success. We are grateful for the culture of winning and leadership that Bud helped create in Milwaukee.”“This is an opportunity for us to refocus and reenergize our efforts as we continue building toward our next championship season.”The Bucks only won one playoff game in their first round defeat to number 8-seed Miami Heat. Milwaukee finished the season with a 58-24 record, the best regular season record in the NBA. He joined the Bucks in 2018. He coached the Bucks to an NBA Championship in 2021.
