BTS’ Jungkook Shuts Down Trolls For Criticizing His ‘Mature’ Style

BTS’ Jungkook sure has a subtle way of shutting down haters who have been questioning every move he makes in his solo career. Showing off his mature side with confidence, the BTS star revealed that he is unfazed by trolls.

Jungkook shuts down haters

During an interview, Jungkook shared that he is unfazed by anyone who might raise their eyebrows at the ‘mature’ direction he has been taking with his solo career. Putting his trust in the diversity of BTS’ fandom, the singer said, “There are multiple generations in our ARMY,” before adding, “I think the song (3D) will give them a fun, playful, light shock.”

Prior to this too, the BTS star had addressed the hate he had received for the explicit lyrics of his debut single, Seven. Responding to a netizen who questioned the need for Seven’s explicit version on Instagram stories, Jungkook wrote, “If you felt (it) like that… There’s nothing I can do… And if you think about it, how old am I?”

Jungkook’s professional life

In July 2023, Jungkook made his solo debut with Seven. Following that, the singer released his second single, 3D, on September 29. Prior to the announcement about his second solo single, the BTS star had revealed his plans to release one more single, after Seven, before dropping his first album in November this year. If reports are anything to go by, Jungkook will be releasing an all-English solo album soon. Aside from his music career, the Seven singer was appointed as the global brand ambassador for luxury fashion brand Calvin Klein earlier this year. He also recently turned creative director for the October issue of Vogue Korea.
