HOUSTON — Browns kicker Dustin Hopkins is questionable to return with a hamstring injury against the Texans on Sunday. Hopkins appeared to injure the hamstring chasing Texans running back Dameon Pierce on a 98-yard kickoff return touchdown with 11:51 remaining in the first half.

Hopkins went to the blue medical tent multiple times following the play and consulted with special teams coach Bubba Ventrone as well as his fellow specialists, long snapper Charley Hughlett and punter Corey Bojorquez.

He also kicked balls into the net on the sideline before putting on his helmet. But after the Browns scored on a 21-yard pass from Joe Flacco to David Njoku with 4:16 remaining in the second quarter, they went for two instead of kicking the extra point.

Bojorquez kicked off following Dorian Thompson-Robinson’s successful two-point try.
