On Monday evening, Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors are in Los Angeles facing off against the Lakers at Crypto.com Arena for Game 4 of their second-round playoff series.

During the game, Steph Curry made exciting NBA history by moving up on the all-time Playoff scoring list.

The two-time MVP entered the night with 3,876 career Playoff points, which ranked 13th on the list and he has now moved ahead of Hall of Famer Larry Bird (3,897).

Curry continues to move up the list quickly, and the next player for him to pass will be three-time NBA Champion Dwyane Wade (3,954).

Via Warriors PR: “With 23 points, Stephen Curry (3,899 career postseason points) has passed Larry Bird (3,897) for 12th place on the NBA’s all-time postseason scoring list. Curry has 23 points, 13 assists and 10 rebounds for his third career postseason triple-double.”

Curry has been sensational during the 2023 NBA Playoffs, with averages of 30.6 points, 4.8 rebounds and 5.2 assists per contest while shooting 48.0% from the field and 39.8% from the three-point range.

The Warriors are down 2-1 in the series after losing Game 3 on Saturday night by a score of 127-97.

While they have won the NBA Championship four times in the previous eight seasons, the Warriors have looked vulnerable this year.

Game 5 will be back at the Chase Center in San Francisco on Wednesday evening.

Whoever wins the series will advance to the Western Conference Finals and face off against either the Denver Nuggets or the Phoenix Suns.
