Boyzone star Ronan Keating says he’s ‘finding it overwhelming to finally be able to travel’ as he shares beach snap

BOYZONE Ronan Keating has said that he is “finding it quite overwhelming to finally be able to travel” as he shared a beach snap.

Ronan, who is based in England with his family, was among thousands of holidaymakers who flocked to Portugal after the Mediterranean sun-spot made it onto the UK travel “green” list.

The singer took to his Instagram today to share an adorable snap with his daughter as they posed on a beach in Portugal.

In the picture, Ronan was wearing a blue and white stripped top with some blue jeans and sunglasses.

He had his daughter Coco in his arms and she was wearing an adorable bathing suit.

Ronan explained in the post that he and his family had a lot of “hoops” to jump through before they could get on the plane.

The full post from Ronan said: “I am finding it quite overwhelming to finally be able to travel.

“The hoops we had to jump through to get here were plenty and intimidating but thanx to @randox_health it was easy enough.

“Travel is so important for industries, for families and for our own pleasure.

“For a world that only kept getting smaller and smaller… our planet became a very large place this last year and the distance between loved ones has never felt so far.

“My heart is full of joy to know that we are taking our first steps towards freedom to safely travel again.”

Fans and friends of Ronan flooded his Instagram comment section with love for the post as they said they’re jealous of him and his family.

This comes after Ronan recently said that his son Jack has “grown into a solid kind human being” as he celebrated his birthday.

Ronan also has three children – Missy, 20, Jack, 22, and Ali, 15 from his previous marriage with Yvonne Connolly.

In the picture, Ronan is hugging his wife Storm while Jack poses alongside his sister Missy.

They are all having some drinks in their garden as they celebrated Jack’s birthday.
