Blues’ Jake Allen: Guarding cage Sunday

Allen will patrol the blue paint for Sunday’s contest against the Canucks, Thomas Drance of The Athletic Vancouver reports.

Allen appeared in one round-robin contest, stopping 37-of-38 shots in a tough-luck overtime loss. With a back-to-back scheduled for Sunday and Monday, Jordan Binnington should be expected back in the starting lineup for the second leg.
