Elam (coach’s decision) will be inactive for Thursday’s contest with the Buccaneers, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.
Elam will once again be a healthy scratch in Week 8, taking a seat for the fifth time in eight games this season. Josh Norman, who joined Buffalo’s practice squad last week, will replace Elam on the active roster for Thursday Night Football.
