Bill Cosby sexually assaulted a 16-year-old girl at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles in 1975, a jury found Tuesday.

Judy Huth testified that Cosby, now 84, forced her to perform a sex act on him at the venue when she was a teenager.

The jury awarded Huth, who is now 64, $500,000.

“It’s been torture,” Huth told The Associated Press of the seven-year legal fight. “To be ripped apart, you know, thrown under the bus and backed over. This, to me, is such a big victory.”

Huth told Fox News Digital shortly after the trial: “Victory is right. Love it. Happy as can be.”

The civil case was filed in 2014, but it was delayed for years by Cosby’s criminal proceedings. Less than a year ago, Cosby’s sexual assault conviction was thrown out.

Huth’s suit alleged that Cosby brought her and another underage friend to the mansion, lured her to a bedroom and forced himself on her.

Per the BBC, Huth told the court she felt “mad, duped and foolish” after the incident, as her lawyers presented a photo of her and Cosby inside the mansion.

Cosby didn’t appear at the trial, but a 2015 deposition was played, in which the comedian said he did not remember her and would not have pursued sex with a minor.

Lawyers for Cosby, per reports, claimed Huth offered her photo with Cosby to tabloids for money.

Per The Associated Press:

Cosby’s attorneys agreed that Cosby met Huth and her high school friend on a Southern California film set in April of 1975, then took them to the Playboy Mansion a few days later.

Huth’s friend Donna Samuelson, a key witness, took photos at the mansion of Huth and Cosby, which loomed large at the trial.

Huth testified that in a bedroom adjacent to a game room where the three had been hanging out, Cosby attempted to put his hand down her pants, then exposed himself and forced her to perform a sex act.

In 2018, Cosby was convicted of drugging and molesting a woman at his home in 2004 and sentenced to three to 10 years in prison. The conviction, however, was overturned by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court last year. He was released from prison after serving nearly three years.
