Bill Bailey and his professional dance parter Oti Mabuse took to the Strictly Come Dancing dance floor to perform a Couple’s Choice routine to Rapper’s Delight by Sugarhill Gang. The judges were thoroughly entertained by the couple and Shirley Ballas even awarded a 10 for the performance. Thrilled by the result, Bill and Oti pretended to collapse in shock leaving Claudia startled.
Giving her score of 10, Shirley exclaimed: “A true inspiration!”
Craig Revel Horwood awarded the couple an eight and Anton du Beke game them a nine for the routine.
Following the results, Bill told Claudia: “Delighted! Very, very pleased, that’s marvellous.”
As the presenter went on to read out the contact details to vote for Bill and Oti, the pair pretended to faint in shock.

Claudia backed off as she shouted: “Hold on! I’m trying to maintain a two metre distance!”
Of course the collapse was all an act and both Bill and Oti were okay as they hugged one another and celebrated their success.
Critiquing the performance, Craig said: “He certainly does [surprise], and that is no exception.
“Bill Bailey, the king of the pop and lock. I’m not surprise, you are a fair bit younger than me darling, nine days to be exact.

“I love the amount of detail in that. You hit every single line. Unbelievable.”
Shirley added: “I’m flabbergasted by the details and hours of work.
“I don’t know your work schedule but I would hazard a guess and say rigorous, because you want it to be, I would say. You are the real deal.

8/1 says Ranvir Singh goes or it’s a 10/1 shot Max George is sent home this weekend.
Meanwhile, at the other end of the betting, Maisie has now regained the lead in the betting and is the 2/1 favourite to be crowned as this year’s queen of the dance floor. Bill follows behind at 9/4 with HRVY at 3/1.
