The beauty, 34, exuded confidence in a gorgeous off-the-shoulder leopard print dress, which teased a glimpse of her cleavage.

The gown hugged her trim waist and featured a racy thigh-high split which displayed the star’s honed legs.
Bianca boosted her height with stiletto sandals and accessorised with a leather handbag.
Her blonde tresses were styled in tumbling waves while a rich palette of make-up enhanced her pretty features.

The model, who is dating personal trainer Kris Boyson, recently said she is ‘so happy’ with the results of her breast reduction.
She discussed her ‘body dysmorphia’ in a social media post and admitted she is ‘enjoying her body’ at the moment as she no longer feels ‘top heavy’.
Bianca wrote: ‘Content. Feeling the best I’ve felt at the moment physically and mentally, so happy with my new smaller boobs which I had done by @comfortzonesurgeryofficial.

‘I had my old ones in for 13 years so it was time to change one of my implants actually burst so it was the right decision to want to go smaller!
‘Which also doesn’t make me feel as top heavy now. I’m on top of my fitness I’ve cut down on booze I’ve been doing the 5.2 diet making sure I don’t eat between a certain time and working out 6 times a week I’m not blessed with a good metabolism so I have to work REALLY hard at trying to lose weight.
‘I suffer with body dysmorphia but can honestly say I’m actually enjoying my body a little at the moment which is a massive thing for me to say.’
Bianca recently revealed how she discovered a dangerous leak in one of her implants when she went to see a doctor about getting a breast reduction.
The star, who has had two boob jobs and a Brazilian butt lift, told how she sought to get her 34E breasts reduced and discovered one of her implants had ruptured.
Bianca has battled body dysmorphia since she was 13 and has previously revealed she dreads the idea of having children with boyfriend Kris because of how it would change her figure.
The former Celebrity Big Brother star said the thought of gaining weight during pregnancy ‘panics’ her and she fears she would be ‘the size of a house.
