Beauty and the Geek crowns its winners: Lachlan and Kiera

This is it – the final day on the Beauty and the Geek experience has finally arrived and the contestants are reflecting on the journey.

There’s no time to waste as they’re launched into the final ever challenge of Beauty and the Geek 2021, and boy was it a doozy.

The final three couples were set to perform a Magic Mike routine in a celebration of vulnerability, transformation and confidence. And to top it all off, they had to perform in front of a live audience with some very special guest judges – the previously eliminated couples of this season.

They were not only judging the final three couples on their performance but their growth overall throughout the entire experience.

Everyone did a fantastic job, but none compared to George and Josie’s performance, whose tension was incredibly real.

“I’m a Dungeons and Dragons nerd,” George exclaimed after his incredibly steamy performance with Josie. The two shared an intimate kiss on the stage.

After the incredible final challenge, the contestants got to enjoy their final day of the Beauty and the Geek experience, where they headed to the Geek HQ to pitch to the eliminated couples why they think they deserve to win Beauty and the Geek 2021.

After incredibly emotional pitches from Alexander & Eliza, Josie & George and Lachlan & Keira, Sophie announced the winners of Beauty and the Geek 2021 …“With an overwhelming majority of votes,” Sophie Monk began … “the winners of Beauty and the Geek Australia 2021 are Lachlan & Keira!”

“It was Lachlan and Kiera’s connection and growth together that made them deserve that win,” Alexander said.

“You deserve this so much!” a crying Lachlan tells Kiera.

“I don’t even remember who I was when I first began,” Kiera told the camera. “I’ve gained a sense of self-worth and self-respect and I can literally do whatever I want now. This experience has changed my life.”

Lachlan was extremely set on celebrating the win, jumping up and down with cheers.
