New South Wales Deputy Premier John Barilaro is calling for fellow Nationals MP Michael Johnsen to resign from parliament immediately, telling Sky News he made it clear the behaviour is not acceptable. Mr Johnsen is accused of offering a sex worker $1,000 to attend parliament, with the woman also claiming she has been sent lewd text messages. “I asked him this morning that he should step aside. “He knows clearly where I stand and why, and I expect him to do the right thing.”
