‘Attack On Titan’ Season 4, Episode 2 Synopsis, Preview, Spoilers: Zeke Jaeger’s Next Move

The official preview trailer for “Attack on Titan” Season 4, Episode 2 teases that the Marleyan army must come to terms with the truth that the power of Titans is not absolute. Meanwhile, the fighters enjoy a brief moment of triumph as they head back to their homes in Liberio.
Twitter user Spytrue shared a preview shot and translated synopsis for “Attack on Titan” Season 4, Episode 2.
“The four-year-long war between Marley and the Mid-East Allied Forces is over. However, the loss of two Marley Titans shows that the era signed by the power of Titans that ruled over everything is coming to an end. In order to make up for the fact that other countries are developing anti-Titan weapons, Zeke Jaeger advises his military superiors about a plan,” the synopsis read, Spytrue tweeted.
It remains to be seen if fans will meet Eren, Armin and Mikasa in Episode 61 of “Attack on Titan” Final Season.
“Attack on Titan” Season 4, Episode 1 recap
The premiere opens with a shot of a Marleyan soldier, named Falco, on the ground. Falco is dangerously close to the enemy lines and before he gets shot by the opponents, Colt arrives and saves him.
The episode introduces Falco and the other young cadets who are training on the frontlines with the soldiers. Meanwhile, Colt reports to Captain Magath that the Eldian Vanguard is under attack after getting bombed and only a few of his soldiers survived.
Magath wants Colt and his soldiers to continue digging the trench. However, Colt tells his commanding officer that it will be suicidal.
Marley is run by a military dictator. After the Great Titan War where the hero Helos led them to victory, Marley bounced back as a dangerous military power. They use seven of the Nine Titans as Warriors and Marley conquer other countries with their enormous strength. Apart from the Warriors, the armed forces of Marley help in crushing their enemies.
Later, in “Attack on Titan” Season 4, Episode 1, fans meet another cadet named Gabi who wants to prove herself and move up the ranks in the army. When they see the enemy bringing anti-Titan tanks, Magath orders Colt to send 800 soldiers to destroy the rail lines.
Gabi proposes that she can singlehandedly bomb the train carrying the anti-Titan tanks. Magath agrees and Gabi successfully destroys the train. But she faces heavy fire and a Titan saves her.
Toward the second half of “Attack on Titan” Season 4, Episode 1, Reiner and Zeke attack the Mid-East Allied Forces from the sky. Reiner and Zeke drop an army of Titans to assist the Marleyan army.
However, the anti-Titan tanks end up taking down Reiner, who transformed into the Armored Titan. Zeke also transforms and hurls bombs at the enemy ships. The efforts of the two Titans result in Marley winning the battle as Fort Zlava falls.
“Attack on Titan” Season 4, Episode 2 is scheduled to air Sunday, 10:10 a.m. ET.
