Paris Saint-Germain have been offered the chance to sign Arsenal star Hector Bellerin this summer, according to reports in France.
The beaten Champions League finalists are on the lookout for a new right-back during the transfer window after the departure of Thomas Meunier.
The 28-year-old Belgium international left as a free agent upon the end of his contract in June before signing for Borussia Dortmund.

That left Thilo Kehrer to play the position during the Champions League tournament in Lisbon this month.
And it ended in heartbreak for the German defender as he failed to prevent Kinglsey Coman from heading home to consign the Ligue 1 champions to defeat against Bayern Munich in the final on Sunday.
PSG boss Thomas Tuchel does have France Under-21 international Colin Dagba in his squad, but RMC Sport claim Spaniard Bellerin is one name on the French side’s radar.
The 25-year-old right back joined Arsenal from Barcelona’s academy in 2011 and has gone on to make 204 appearances across all competitions for the north London side.

The Arsenal vice-captain has also been linked with a host of other clubs including Atletico Madrid, Juventus, Sevilla, Inter Milan and Bayern themselves this summer – although the Bundesliga champions reportedly snubbed him due to concerns about his defensive ability.
But Bellerin – who is under contract at the Emirates Stadium until 2023 – is Mikel Arteta’s first-choice right-back and is therefore unlikely to let him leave, with Cedric Soares the only direct replacement at the club.
Arteta has also used utility player Ainsley Maitland-Niles in that position, but he is set to move to Wolves in a deal worth £20m to raise funds for the Gunners to use in the transfer market.
The 22-year-old started in their FA Cup final victory against Chelsea at the start of the month but is expected to complete his move to Molineux this week on a four-year contract once the fee and terms have been finalised.
