Arsenal Fans Think Ezri Konsa Should’ve Been Sent Off For Tackle “Worse Than David Luiz’s”

Arsenal fans were once again not happy at a referee decision going against them, as Ezri Konsa was booked for a foul they believe was worse than David Luiz’s sending off.
The Gunners lost in midweek against Wolverhampton Wanderers as they finished the game with nine men. The first sending off was the turning point of the game, which saw Luiz take an early bath.
The Brazilian’s non attempt at a tackle in the box led to his red card with Wolves then equalising from the spot and shifting the momentum of the game.
On Saturday afternoon their annoyance levels were bumped up again as they felt Konsa’s foul on Bukayo Saka during the second half of their game with Aston Villa was more deserving of a red.
After the Wolves game Arteta called on the Luiz decision to be overturned and called it a “big moment in the game.”
The Gunners’ boss could hardly blame anyone else but his defence on Saturday, as Villa took the lead just 90 seconds into the game.
Cedric didn’t deal with a direct ball and Armand Traore ran onto it before finding Ollie Watkins who scuffed the ball past a diving Mat Ryan, making his first appearance for the north London club.
Konsa’s foul on Saka could be seen as a big moment for the Gunners but they still had plenty of time to get back in the game.
