One of the biggest matches in the footballing calendar is here today – Arsenal vs Man Utd!
The Gunners were the Premier League leaders for the majority of the campaign last season before being caught by Man City.
But this season United legend Roy Keane does not think they will hit the same heights.
Keane delivered a hilariously blunt assessment of Arsenal’s chances of winning the title this season on Sky Sports.
Ahead of Arsenal’s clash with Manchester United, presenter Dave Jones asked Keane: “Are you convinced by Arsenal’s title credentials Roy?”
To which Keane replied with a blunt: “No. Not really.”
He then expanded on his outlook by saying: “Obviously they’ve strengthened the squad, they were brilliant last season, particularly at the start of the season.
“But we were here towards the end of the last season where they ran out of steam physically and mentally and I still think they’re short.”
He then went on to praise the strength of City, saying they “really are so good” and claimed the rest of the league are playing “catch up” to reach their level.
