Davis left the court late in the quarter and went back to the locker room, though it was initially unclear why. He did not return in the second, and the team quickly ruled him out with flu-like symptoms.
Davis played eight minutes and recorded one point, three rebounds and two assists.
Davis is coming off a spectacular stretch of games for which he was named NBA Western Conference Players of the Week on Monday. He averaged 37.8 points,13.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 3.3 blocks as the Lakers finished the week 3-1 with victories over Portland, Milwaukee and Washington.
