Anthony Albanese issues fresh warning to supermarket giant as former colleague tapped to lead major review

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has fired another warning shot at the country’s supermarket giants, declaring the Federal Government won’t “hesitate to take action” if the grocers rip off customers at the checkout.

Mr Albanese issued the blunt message as he announced former Labor minister Craig Emerson had been tapped to lead the review of the food and grocery code.
