Amanda Holden showed off her impressive flexibility today in a hilarious clip from her Heart Radio show, which sees her stretching to the late Olivia Newton-John’s song Physical.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge shared the video of herself doing crunches and leg exercises on the floor of her studio in view of her two million Instagram followers.
Despite the demanding poses the 52-year-old was pulling off, Amanda did it all while wearing black knee-high boots and a royal blue bodycon dress.
Heart Radio cheekily captioned their original Instagram story: “What you don’t see whilst the music is playing…”
As well as sharing the clip of her impromptu studio workout, the ITV star also shared a video of herself speaking about her stylish ensemble.
Taking the brands Next and Reiss, she walked confidently across her office in her blue frock and boots, which she paired with a stunning bright blue trench coat.
The star wore her long blonde tresses in a chic, understated blow-out and opted for a sultry make-up look, with plenty of eyeliner and mascara.
She told her followers: “Good morning, happy Tuesday. This lovely dress and Boots are from my range at Lipsy, so all the links will go up.
“And I have paired it today with this gorgeous coat from Reiss. Fabulous. I think I look like the coconut chocolate in Quality Street, which is actually my favourite one.
Amanda then went on to share pictures of herself posing in the outfit, which saw her leaning dramatically against the bannisters on her office stairs and kicking one leg up in the air.
This summer, Amanda decisively hit back at misogynistic influencer Andrew Tate after he mum-shamed her for sharing some of her classically glamorous holiday snaps online.
Soon after Andrew hit out at Amanda for posting bikini pics on social media, the former musical theatre star admitted she was left in hysterics over his vile comments.
Speaking to The Telegraph about furore for the first time, she said: “Honestly, I had another shot of me in a bikini with just a close-up of my bum and I was tempted to post it with the caption, ‘Kiss my 52-year-old a**e.’
“But you just know something like that’s going to go on and on – and in the end, why give him the oxygen?” she pointed out.
Elsewhere in the interview, Amanda explained: “It goes back to experience, doesn’t it? You reach an age where you care less because you have more of an insight on life, what’s important and how crucial it is to keep pushing forward and living the way you want to live.
“That constant state of worry about what people are thinking? I’m done with that, because one day life is over, and all those opinions people have of you – bad or good – don’t mean a thing.”
