Alex Jones was getting into the Halloween spirit this weekend – and took her two young boys to a pumpkin patch for a family day out.

The One Show star shared a cool picture from Tulleys Farm of an old pickup truck and a whole host of pumpkins. She wrote: “Pumpkins a plenty. May have gone slightly overboard!! PYO at Tully’s Farm near Crawley. The boys loved it. Now to scrub our stash!!”

Looking at the amount of pumpkins in the photo, fans joked: “Plenty of carving to do there 🤣🤣🎃”, and one said: “Happy scrubbing!”

Kids love picking their own pumpkins in the 12 acres of fields, which produce around 75,000 of the orange fruit.

As well as pick-your-own pumpkin days, Tulleys has a host of things to do to keep the kids happy. There’s the Tulleys Spook Fest, exciting haunted house attractions aimed at the 6-13 year age group. These include the brand new Terror Trail and the Twisted Fun House in addition to classic favourites such as The Horrid Hayride and The Creepy Cottage.

Tulleys Christmas will also be a fun affair, including a visit to Father Christmas and ice skating.

For the parents, there’s also a lovely tea room to tuck into cake and a cuppa.

What’s more, there’s a drive-in cinema running until Sunday 8th November and showing lots of family favourites suitable for all ages.

Alex isn’t the only star getting into the Halloween mood; over at Stacey Solomon’s there’s a very impressive autumn display with an enormous wreath and pumpkins galore.

Happy carving!
