Deputy Liberal Leader Sussan Ley says Prime Minister Anthony Albanese “had a bit of a grumble” in relation to his comments about not having a day off since becoming Prime Minister.
“I heard him having a bit of a grumble that he hadn’t had a day off since taking on the prime ministership less than two months ago,” Ms Ley told Sky News Australia.
“I’ve got news for him – Prime Ministers don’t get days off,” she said.
“Get used to the work rate.”
