Air Force-Army game features hilarious twist on classic ‘We Want Bama’ sign

In Nick Saban’s tenure, Alabama has been the ultimate measuring-stick program for other college football teams. When fans feel their team is playing at a high level, they want to face the Crimson Tide.

During Alabama’s dominance, “We Want Bama” has become a common sign seen at stadiums and on shows like “College GameDay,” “SEC Nation,” and “Big Noon Kickoff.”

A “We Want Bama” sign showed up at the Air Force-Army game in Arlington, Texas. This one, though, had a twist. The sign is about wanting some Crimson Tide players (presumably through the NCAA transfer portal).

With transfers more than common than ever, it’s not an unreasonable request. Alabama, after all, signs mostly 4- and 5-star recruits out of high school.

Air Force currently leads Army 13-7 in the 4th quarter. The game is airing on CBS.
