Good Saturday #GoodSaturday

Saturday might be a good day to finish putting up holiday decorations before snow and rain arrive overnight across Pennsylvania.

In the Harrisburg area, Saturday will start out clear and sunny, but it’ll get increasingly cloudy later in the afternoon and evening.

Meanwhile, the State College area and parts of western Pa. are under a winter weather advisory until 9 a.m. Saturday, with a chance of sleet and freezing rain.

High temperatures Saturday will be in the upper 30s to lower 40s, and that’ll drop to the upper 20s-low 30s overnight.

Snow and rain are expected across much of the state Sunday, but the amount varies by location. The northern part of the state is most likely to see snow.

In central Pennsylvania, snow is expected to start falling around 4 a.m. Sunday but turn into rain a few hours later. Rain is expected to continue well into the afternoon on Sunday before clearing out.

Sunday will be colder in the northern part of the state; high temperatures in the Harrisburg region will hover in the low 40s.

The rain is supposed move out before the workweek starts Monday.
