Kansas City Chiefs defensive tackle Chris Jones has long been one of his team’s leaders.
On Super Bowl Sunday, Jones delivered a stirring speech to some of his teammates pregame to get them ready for the evening’s seismic clash with the Philadelphia Eagles. His speech must’ve helped at least somewhat, with Kansas City winning its second Super Bowl in a matter of four years.
Jones played like one of the best defensive linemen in football this past season, and it’s great to get a close-up glimpse of him hyping up his teammates before such a major game as Super Bowl 57.
Chiefs fans will undoubtedly want Jones to continue his soaring level of play and to continue to encourage his fellow Chiefs like this.
With Jones dominating the trenches, Patrick Mahomes behind center and Andy Reid on the sideline, this team can keep planning on Super Bowl runs for the foreseeable future.
