Footage of Jordan Henderson strongly having a go at Thiago following his reckless foul on Harvey Barnes has emerged online.

Thiago stuck a leg out and fouled Barnes with match referee Anthony Taylor awarding a free-kick which resulted in a goal thanks to James Maddison’s wicked strike.

But moments before Maddison took the set piece, Liverpool captain Henderson cut an animated figure as he exchanged some heated words with Thiago.

The former Bayern Munich midfielder has failed to make a huge impact at Anfield since his summer switch.

In fact, he has only been on the winning side twice in nine games this season.

Thiago, who entered the fray as a first half substitute, was slammed online following Liverpool’s crushing 3-1 defeat.

His foul on Barnes proved costly as Leicester fought back in an extraordinary seven minute period.

Barnes then bagged in the 81st minute to make it 3-1.

The defending English champions are 10 points adrift of league leaders Manchester City who have two games in hand over their rivals.

As for Leicester, they climb to second place in the table with 46 points on the board.
