Jonathan Taylor rushes for a franchise-record 253 yards and 2 touchdowns. Philip Rivers passes for 164 yards and a TD, to T.Y. Hilton. 

Edgerrin James held the previous rushing mark at 219 yards. 

The Colts (11-5) earn a playoff spot and, as the No. 7 seed, visit the Buffalo Bills for a wild-card matchup.

If the Tennessee Titans hang on against the Houston Texans, the Colts are the No. 7 seed and visit the Buffalo Bills for a wild-card matchup. If the Texans win, the Colts win the division and, as the No. 4 seed, host the Baltimore Ravens next weekend.
