Dean gave the penalty after a VAR check
Referee Dean did not point to the spot as play continued.
But after a VAR review, Dean was overruled as a penalty was awarded to Arsenal.
And the referee made his feelings known about the decision with a surprised look on his face.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang slotted home his 21st Premier League goal of the season from the spot.

Aubameyang is now just one goal away from catching Jamie Vardy for the Golden Boot
Aubameyang turned provider for Arsenal’s second as Kieran Tierney scored his first goal in an Arsenal shirt in the 24th minute.
The Gunners captain added a third before the break to go just one strike behind top scorer Jamie Vardy in the race for the Golden Boot.
Watford got one back as Dean gave them a penalty which Troy Deeney converted just before half time.
But, as it stands, the Hornets will be relegated from the Premier League.
