Broome County Residents Arrested, Facing Drug Charges in Tioga County

According to the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office, Shalenea E. Hill of Johnson City and Christopher R. Starchok of Endicott were stopped on State Route 17 in Nichols on Wednesday, February 28th. They were found to be in possession of suspected heroin and meth and paraphernalia associated with distributing controlled substances.
