Urgent evacuation warning issued as out-of-control bushfire burns north of Beaufort

An emergency evacuation warning has been issued for several small towns near Beaufort.

There is a bushfire between Mount Cole and Raglan, which initially was travelling in a south-westerly direction, but a wind change has caused the fire to move in a north-easterly direction towards Avoca.

Leaving immediately is the safest option.
