Elimination Chamber 2024 Match Card and the Superstars Competing

Elimination Chamber #EliminationChamber

Following the drama of Royal Rumble, WWE’s next Premium Live Event before WrestleMania is almost here – and the results of Elimination Chamber 2024 will give the WWE Universe the clearest vision yet of what WrestleMania 40 from Philadelphia will offer.

Officially named Elimination Chamber: Perth, the February 24 event marks the first significant pro wrestling event in Australia since 2018’s WWE Super Show-Down. The event promises to set the table for WrestleMania and historically is based around the epic Elimination Chamber match – a six-person cage match that traditionally sees WWE Superstars simply surviving instead of winning the grueling bout!

Here are the matches announced for Elimination Chamber 2024 – with plenty more to be announced.

The WWE Universe will be happy to know that this year’s event will feature at least one Elimination Chamber match (although we’re sure everyone is crossing their fingers for two). Announced already is the women’s Elimination Chamber match holding a unique stipulation: The winner will go on to challenge Rhea Ripley for the Women’s World Championship at WrestleMania!

Over the years, the Elimination Chamber has proved itself to be one of the most chaotic and physically intense matches WWE offers – and if past Elimination Chambers are any indication, any 2024 version of the match should bring pure adrenaline!

Following the result of a recent Raw qualifying match, Becky Lynch is the sole participant in the women’s Elimination Chamber – but with five spots in the match remaining and qualifying matches scheduled for the next few weeks, the WWE Universe should expect a star-studded lineup of some of the most remarkable talent in wrestling.

Women’s World Title Match: Rhea Ripley vs. Nia Jax

Since Nia Jax’s return in September, she’s shown apparent disdain and disregard for any woman standing in her path – Rhea Ripley included. After a shocking and decisive pinfall victory over Becky Lynch on the Day One edition of Monday Night Raw last month, Nia leapfrogged countless other Superstars en route to earning her spot as a top contender for the Women’s World Championship.

Of course, it doesn’t hurt that the animosity between Nia and Rhea is all too real these days:

On February 24, Nia will face off against the champion on Rhea’s home turf in Australia. The match’s outcome will either be the most shocking and embarrassing loss in Rhea Ripley’s career (especially when considering the locale) or the logical conclusion of a months-long reign of terror only Nia Jax could provide.

Undisputed WWE Tag Team Titles Match: The Judgment Day vs. #DIY or Tyler Bate & Pete Dunn

Recently, The Judgment Day’s hold over the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships feels more precarious than ever. Although they’ve been successfully defending their titles on a near-weekly basis, each victory seems to be increasingly by the skin of their teeth.

At Elimination Chamber 2024, The Judgment Day (Finn Balor and Damian Priest) will defend once again against one of two teams: Monday Night Raw’s #DIY (Tomasso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano) or SmackDown’s Tyler Bate and the newly-rechristined Pete Dunne. The dust will clear on the February 9 edition of SmackDown when #DIY clashes with Bate and Dunne, with the winner moving on to the title match against The Judgment Day on February 27.

You can tune in to Peacock to watch WWE’s Elimination Chamber on February 24. In the meantime, catch up on all things WWE Universe on Peacock.
