Super Bowl 58 MVP odds: Patrick Mahomes favored to win 3rd MVP despite underdog status

The Kansas City Chiefs are underdogs for their Super Bowl rematch against the San Francisco 49ers, but that isn’t changing who the obvious favorite to win MVP of the big game is. It’s the guy who’s already won the award two times, Patrick Mahomes, who has +120 odds at BetMGM to win it again on Feb. 11.

With the two-point opening spread already having been bet down to a single point as of this post, the game is more of a toss up anyway. So, it’s not a surprise Mahomes is the favorite, as the player most people would choose to lead their team to victory in a close game.
